Terms & Conditions of Bali ATV Tour
ONLINE TOUR BOOKING:
- All normal reservations must be paid in advance to guarantee the space, 25% deposit can be made in advance or full payment is highly appreciated.
- Payment on departure is also acceptable as part of our flexibility for our customer.
- Price based in USD dollar. If pay in IDR, it will be converted to IDR subject on the exchange rate on that day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Bali ATV Tour reserve the right to cancel the tour due to weather conditions. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the tour moved to another day as agreed by your side.
- Cancellation on the same day we apply 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 1 day prior the trip is no FEE.
SCHEDULE CHANGES:
- We are cannot be held a responsible for changes to tour schedule for reasons beyond our control. (i.e. weather, road blockage, ceremonies, or other unforeseen circumstances).
PAYMENT:
- Payment should be made to our account in full amount. Any bank charges occurred must be paid by the remitter.
- Payment by cash can be made once we meet you at the hotel.
- Payment by Paypal / Credit card will be 3% extra additional charge.
